A complete and nutritionally balanced diet for tropical fish (but it makes a fantastic gutloader for crickets, roaches, mealworms, morio worms, isopods and can even be fed to other inverts such as giant african land snails and millipedes!

Feeding instructions: Feed 1 – 2 times per day on as much as your fish will consume in 1 minute. Take care not to overfeed your fish and remove any uneaten food.
