A self-contained pot of fruit flies.
This species is very popular amongst breeders of amphibians, chameleons and many other smaller species of insect eating lizards. 
 
They contain a good balance of nutrients as the flies feed on sugars and yeasts so the freshly fed fly will contain simple carbohydrates and B vitamins. 

Care Instructions:

As with all live food, it is essential they are kept healthy. Provided in a self-contained pot, leave the fruit flies in a cool place away from bright light.
